By using Vecindo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person — duplicate or automated accounts may be removed.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, business descriptions). By posting, you grant Vecindo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, spam, harassment, and illegal content are prohibited and will be removed. Business owners may respond publicly to reviews.
Business Listings
Business information is provided for reference and may not always be current. Vecindo uses an Active Business Engine (pings, moderator verification) to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Business owners who claim their listing are responsible for keeping their information up to date.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms (pricing, features, billing intervals) are displayed at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate scores or rankings, impersonate others, or interfere with other users' experience. Do not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in bulk. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Disclaimers
Vecindo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content or the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Use the platform at your own discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vecindo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
